On the first floor, a mezzanine, with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. 

On the front, a small enclosed garden with gate to access the path to the beach. Garden furniture for 6 persons, deckchair, chiliennes, parasol and barbecue.

A private and numbered parking space is located in front of the house.
